The responsible entity for data processing on this website is BEST Graz (ZVR: 678356737, Münzgrabenstraße 35, 8010 Graz, Austria).

2. Storage and Sharing of Student CVs

When registering as a student and uploading your Curriculum Vitae (CV), your data is securely stored on our local servers. Your CV is NOT publicly accessible. It is shared exclusively with the specific companies that you explicitly choose to book a timeslot with.

3. Data Retention Period

Student CVs and related application data are retained on our servers for a period of 12 months following the event, during which the booked companies retain access to them. After 12 months, the data is automatically and permanently deleted.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (DSGVO), you have the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at it@bestgraz.org.

General Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Terms for Companies

Registering an account or submitting an inquiry via this platform does not constitute a legally binding contract. Binding contracts, specific package agreements, and payment terms will be formalized off-platform (e.g., via digital signature and invoice) once an official offer has been accepted by both parties.

2. Terms for Students (No-Show Policy)

Participation in the beWANTED event is a privilege. When you book a timeslot with a company, you are expected to attend on time. While we do not impose financial penalties, failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation (No-Show) will result in a permanent ban from the beWANTED platform and all future events.

3. Modifications

BEST Graz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
